An afternoon dedicated to learning communication strategies to use even in the presence of difficult emotions – created specifically to support that mother-daughter connection.

Imagine a day where you and your daughter can unwind, listen, and truly hear each other. Through expert-led discussions, engaging activities, and the collective wisdom of fellow mothers, we’ll explore the art of communication.One registration includes both mother and daughter. Only one registration required per pair.

Mother-daughter teams have fun learning about how our unconscious mind is prone to driving our emotions and our behaviors and how to put the conscious mind back in the driver seat. You’ll leave the day with your own secret language to diffuse arguments in a friendly way and a license to Change the World.
